Rural Health and Career Pathways
Our clinic is an awardee of the Rural Health Transformation Program or RHTP for short. Our goal is to encourage interested SNAP E&T recipients to further their education into the healthcare workforce, leading to self sufficiency. Snap E&T is a Nebraska DHHS program that helps SNAP participants gain the vocational skills, training, and credentials needed for employment. This specific program will be used to assist the participants with expenses related to the track that they choose, such as the cost of classes, clothing or uniforms, travel, and some equipment that they may need. The services that we provide to potential participants are done at no cost to the participant.

Who Qualifies?
Individuals currently receiving SNAP benefits who speak English, are 18 years old or over, live in one of the counties served, and want to start a healthcare career.
