Our Services
We offer a variety of healthcare services that cater to the diverse needs of our patients. Our services include care for migraines, other headache disorders, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain disorders. Assessment and treatment is also available for other complaints with referrals as appropriate to other health care professionals.
Our Provider
Denise Waterfield is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult gerontology acute care. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She provides health care services within the scope of a nurse practitioner including the neurology subspecialty of migraines and chronic pain.
