Our services include care for migraines, other headache disorders, concussions, memory problems, sleep problems, dizziness, vertigo, trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, and other chronic pain disorders. We also care for patients with psychiatric and mental health disorders including substance use disorders for children, adolescents, and adults. Procedures available are Botox injections for chronic migraine, cervical dystonia, spasticity, and blepharospasms and trigger point injections for painful knots in muscles. Assessment and treatment is also available for other complaints with referrals as appropriate to other health care professionals.
Denise Waterfield is a dual-certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult gerontology acute care and psychiatry and mental health. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, conducts symptom management research, and also serves as a hospitalist at Lexington Regional Health Center and as an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing.
